What Is Forest Bathing?: Resources

All walks listed here are open to the public and follow a sequence described on these links. Most cover 1 mile or less with invitations to connect closely with nature, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Please contact us to plan a private walk for yourself or your group.

Forest Bathing Walks
at Mueller State Park, Divide, CO

Park admission $10 per car

  • 6th Annual Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku Walk

Wed. January 1, 12:00-2:30  Meet at Outlook Ridge Trailhead, just past Visitor Center

 

Enjoy a fresh start to 2025 by immersing in the wonder & healing nature offers. Join this special annual tradition at one of the states most magnificent parks with invitations to quiet the mind, open the senses and connect closely with yourself, others and the land. We  close  with healing tea brewed from local plants. Bring sit pad, backpack for hands free, water, snacks & dress for the weather (snow boots, waterproof pants suggested). Ages 14  & up.  Cancelled if below 30 degrees. 

Offered free of charge with park admission ($10 per car) as a gift to the community. Donations requested to The Friends of Mueller State Park

Bring the year to a close immersing in a quiet space of juniper, pine & ancient rocks in the Garden of the Gods, the ancestral homeland of the Ute people. Unplug and deepen your connection with yourself & the natural world with joy, wonder & cusiosity on this mindful wander, closing with a forest tea ceremony.

1mile. Ages 12 & up welcome. $10 per person. Maximum 10 guests.
